Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the download link immediately. Depending on the product you purchased, you'll either see a link to a ZIP folder or a collection of files delivered both to your inbox and on your screen after your payment.
If you feel your payment has gone through and you still haven’t received a download link, please reach out to me, and I’ll make sure you get the files you purchased.
I do take on a limited number of custom projects throughout the year. If you're interested in working with me on a custom website design, templates, or something else, please feel free to reach out!
My themes do not work with any platform other than WordPress. If you have a self-hosted website or a Business WordPress.com account, you can use my themes.
None! I made our themes with the goal of having them be as easy to use for you as possible. You can use the themes as is with no additional coding, or if you’d like to change the colors you can easily update them as long as you know the HEX codes you’d like to use.
If you’d like additional customizations for your theme, but you don’t have the time or knowledge to do it yourself, please reach out to me, and I’ll get back to you with a quote based on how much work you need to have done.
Yes, on all of my themes, you can easily update the colors to match your own brand by going to Appearance > Customize, from there you should see where you can make updates.
Absolutely! To add your own logo, simply go to Appearance > Customize > Header image. There you’ll be able to upload your file as well as see the recommended file size.
If you’re comfortable with your knowledge of CSS, then you’re welcome to make any edits you want to! Unfortunately, if something breaks and you need my help to come in and fix the theme, there will be an hourly charge required with a minimum of one hour billed.
Yes! For the themes that display a sidebar, you can select the layout to either be full-width or to have a sidebar. If you’d like your whole site to have no sidebar, simply select the full width option by going to Genesis > Theme Settings > Default Layout.
If you're getting this error, you're trying to upload the wrong file to your website. Make sure you're only trying to install the theme file onto your website.
Yes. My themes are built on the Genesis Framework, but I don't include it in purchases. It’s good to purchase your own copy of Genesis, as you get access to all of the Genesis specific tutorials, and you can receive the one-on-one customer support that StudioPress provide. You can purchase Genesis here.
Yes, all of my themes have been tested and updated to work with the Gutenberg editor with no issue. Full and wide-width content only work on full-width pages (those without sidebars); however, the rest of the features of the new editor should be accessible with no issues.
The demo content does not come with your theme purchase. In the theme documentation that comes with every theme purchase, I walk you through adding the widgets to the sidebar, setting up your menu, contact form, and social media icons.
Yes, I do extensive testing to make sure all of my themes will work on the most popular device sizes available.
When you purchase a Coded Creative theme, you'll receive the theme file, a widgets file to help make sure your website matches the demo, a Quick Start guide with the links to the fonts and stock photography used on the demo, and an Installation guide.
Yes, as a customer you'll receive lifetime updates to my themes available via your WordPress dashboard. I send out email updates to customers with details about major releases so you'll know what's been added or revised.

Social Media Templates
No. All of my social media templates come with both Photoshop and Canva versions, so if you're only familiar with Canva you can use that version.
All of my templates use fonts that are free to download. You'll find links to download the fonts in the Quick Start guide that came with your purchase.
Stock photos are not included with the templates unless otherwise noted. A link to purchase the stock photos can be found in the Quick Start guide as well.
Yes, I designed my social media templates to match their parent theme in my shop. However, you can easily mix and match the theme and templates you use.
You can find detailed documentation on how to use all of my templates in my help center. Simply make sure you locate the template collection you purchased as well as the format you're wanting to use (Photoshop vs. Canva).
Every now and then one of the Canva templates may be edited by another buyer. If this happens, shoot me a quick email, and I'll get that fixed for you in no time.
Good news, no! You only need a free Canva account to use my social media templates.
A paid Canva account will allow you to upload your own fonts and lock in your brand colors; however, those are just extra features you don't necessarily need.
Absolutely! I know that sometimes it’s just easier to pass that stuff off to someone else, so I’m happy to help you! You can learn more about the 24-hour install option here.
Good news, friend! You likely don't need help getting that setup. Check out my getting started guide, and be sure to reach out to your chosen web host. Usually they're very happy to help you get setup.
I aim to get all installation services done within 24 hours from the time of payment within Monday - Friday, 9a - 4p.
If you purchase your installation outside of this time frame or on a US holiday, I'll get back to you on the next business day.
My installation service includes getting your site setup like the demo of the theme you purchased. So I will upload content, but only that for the sections shown in the demo of your theme. Any additional content will need to be uploaded by you.
